"I don´t like losing games of football," said Brown. "But the manner in which we lost in the second half gave me pleasure. "We´ve got something from the game and the only thing we´ve got from the game is pride." The Tigers came back from 4-1 down to keep themselves in with a shout at Old Trafford. Brown revealed that at one stage he was hoping for even more. "At 4-3 with five to ten minutes to go I was thinking, ´Am I as lucky as Harry Redknapp here? Can we get an equaliser?´" Sadly for Hull there was to be no leveller but goals from Daniel Cousin, Bernard Mendy and a Geovanni penalty made the scoreline respectable for the visitors. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
